Matthew Ziebarth

Kosima Kovar, a 2x founder and Forbes 30u30 recipient and Matthew Ziebarth, a Silicon Valley software engineer, are building the Austrian EdTech startup Ada Growth, which aims to put a digital mentor in every woman's pocket. Mentoring as we know it is often only offered to a select few employees, making it hard to have an organizational impact. The team at Ada Growth is taking a modern approach to this challenge by offering companies scalable technology to attract, retain and grow female talent. Enterprises such as EY, Erste Bank Sparkasse, Verbund and voestalpine High Performance Metals work with Ada Growth to become an employer of choice. Matthew and Kosima are excited to share their experience building a company together by combining the qualities of the Austrian business landscape with the philosophies of the Silicon Valley mindset. Building and fundraising based on a vision, incorporating the latest technology such as AI and assembling an impact-driven remote team with a culture of quick decision making are some of the highlights of this talk.
